The basis on which Pagecraft Studio provides its services.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to website design and build services provided by Pagecraft Studio.
Quotes and scope. Project prices are confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Payment. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts and the balance on completion, before the site goes live. We issue VAT invoices.
Your responsibilities. You agree to provide content, assets and feedback in good time. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Ownership. On full payment, ownership of the finished website passes to you. We may include a discreet credit and feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting and maintenance. Hosting and maintenance are provided under a separate ongoing plan where agreed, and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Liability. We take care to deliver work that functions as agreed, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
